Gina Miles is amazing. She is so knowledgeable! She would look and point out things in homes I would have never even considered. She would look at big tickets items like roofs, air units, water heaters, etc. She really does have the buyers best interest at heart. She is very easy to work with, always available and accommodating. We put 2 bids on houses and won both of them. She knows what sellers want to see on a contract and will get you the home! Even after closing was done she is still going out of her way to give us her amazing vendor contacts and even help with the appointments. She is one of the good ones :)

Great eye for contract details. She saved us over $1000 in closing fees that our builder tried to quietly push onto us. When the builder tried to claim that we owed those fees, Gina went to the community association and got the legal contracts between the community and builder to prove that the builder owed the fees.
